SHIPPING POLICY

Estimated Delivery Time: Al Saif Perfumes Oman provides an estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days for local deliveries. Remote deliveries may take up to 7 business days.

Shipping Method: Al Saif Perfumes Oman ships all orders via reputable courier services to ensure timely and secure delivery of products.

Shipping Costs: Al Saif Perfumes Oman offers free shipping for orders above 15 OMR. Customers will be charged a shipping fee for orders below that amount. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order.

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Once the order has been shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Delivery Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery addresses at the time of purchase. Al Saif Perfumes Oman will not be responsible for any delays or delivery failures caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

RETURN/ REFUND POLICY

The customer can solicit a refund if he/she receives a product in an unsatisfactory or damaged condition. You can lodge a refund request on the website and quote the reason for requesting a refund. If the reason is found genuine, the refund is initiated within 7 days of purchase in case of damaged or defective products.

Return is not permitted in the case:

● If the product is not returned in its original packaging.
● If the product is in used status.
● If there is a disparity between the quantity of perfume delivered and returned.
● If the products are marked as non-returnable or non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The request to cancel an order is accepted only before product delivery is initiated. Cancellation is not permitted once the delivery is initiated. The customer can lodge a cancellation request via email or telephone, we encourage you to cancel via telephone as we can immediately action before the product gets out for delivery; e-mail messages will take time to be noticed and cannot be assured a cancellation.
